How long are the classes?

Classes are generally 2-3 hours long.

When should I arrive to a class?

10 / 15 minutes before the starting time of a class.

What do I need to bring?

A notebook, if possible an apron and if you have knives, bring them.

Are your classes hands-on or demonstration style?

The classes are hands-on, but you will not be required to participate.

Do I need to know how to cook?

No, but you need to like it.

Where do you buy the food products?

We buy the ingredients at regular market, we will not use food products that are hard to find.

Can a child attend a class?

Children are welcome, but must be accompanied by an adult.

What if I need to cancel a class?

Will participant be allowed to eat the food that is prepared?

All foods are prepared for teaching and instructional purposes. Tasting is part of the learning process. Due to restrictions, no meals are permitted to be served.

What kind of clothing shall I wear?

Wear comfortable clothing. Avoid flowing sleeves or scarves if possible.

Where shall I park when I arrive?

All locations have parking available.

How to register with a gift certificate?

Send us an email with the number of the gift certificate, the name(s) of those attending, the date of the class(es) for which you would like to register.

When I register with a gift certificate, do I need to bring it with me to the class?
